Milestone week for Brewhouse & Kitchen pub group
5th December 2018
Brewhouse & Kitchen, the independent brewpub group, has had the most important week in its history, achieving 19th place in the Sunday Times’ Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100, along with its first Guinness World Record for the Largest Beer Tasting (across multiple locations).
Now, Brewhouse & Kitchen is venturing into a new space in the hospitality industry with plans to introduce a new hotel and brewpub in 2019. This year has seen tremendous growth across the group, yet this week has seen Brewhouse & Kitchen set new records in a struggling industry.
Kris Gumbrell, Co-Founder of Brewhouse & Kitchen has commented: "It is both humbling and amazing to be placed 19th in the Sunday Times' Annual Fast Track 100 awards. This week has been one of the most important weeks in Brewhouse & Kitchen's history, marking a historic landmark for us. We now have a Guinness World Record and have announced our intention to open the very first Brewhouse & Kitchen hotel in 2019.
"In a week filled with milestones and so much success, Brewhouse & Kitchen have cemented their place in the UK pub industry. As a fast-growing pub group, we are delighted to have been given such recognition by the Sunday Times' Fast Track 100. In terms of a struggling industry, this growth is quite exceptional, and our annual sales have risen over 103%.
"It is so rewarding to see this, as a fast-growing independent business, myself and the rest of the team are thrilled to be ending 2018 on such a high."« Back to News
