However, the Blues effected a magnificent turnaround. It was replacement Olivier Giroud who sparked the fightback as Chelsea scored three goals in eight minutes to win the game.

UEFA Champions League: Shakhtar Donetsk v Manchester City
City will be wary of the threat posed by the Ukrainian side having lost against them in the pool stages of this competition in December 2017. Both sides ended up qualifying for the knockout stages last season with Shakhtar reaching the Last 16 and City knocked out by Liverpool in the quarter-finals.

UEFA Champions League: Manchester United v Juventus
There is sure to be plenty of drama at Old Trafford as two of the traditional powerhouses of world football battle it out in the group stages of the UEFA Champions League. Neutrals will be hoping that former United superstar Cristiano Ronaldo makes an entertaining return to his old stomping ground.
