Hi-Spirits in the spotlight at Imbibe Live 2017

Hi-Spirits has a high profile at Imbibe Live 2017, where the distributor of brands including Southern Comfort, Buffalo Trace bourbon, Fireball, RedLeg spiced rum, Tuaca, and Antica Sambuca is spotlighting its full portfolio.
Along with a large showpiece stand at the heart of the event, Hi-Spirits is also bringing back the popular Southern Comfort Chicken Stand outside the venue.
The Hi-Spirits stand (E20) features a sampling bar, where visitors will be able to try wide range of brand and innovative serves from across the Hi-Spirits portfolio, as well as a specialist Hi-Spirits Live Bar playing host to a busy programme of activities and demonstrations over the two days.
This will include masterclasses featuring brands including Southern Comfort; Buffalo Trace; Tails premium pre-batched cocktails; Our/London vodka; and Fernet Branca and its range of authentic Italian vermouths.
With the gin boom continuing, there will be a special masterclass featuring Hi-Spirits nine-strong gin portfolio and focusing on range planning. Hi Spirits will also be showcasing their expert advice when it comes to building cocktail menus, based on the latest consumer trends and market data, as well as offering advice on how social media can help boost venues’ sales and visibility, sharing some best practice from the last year.
Many of the brand owners that Hi-Spirits work with are also on hand at the show to talk to bars about their premium spirits offer, including gin brands Langley’s, Scapegrace and King of Soho, Ron Abuelo, and Tito’s and Our/London vodkas.
Outside the entrance to Olympia, the Southern Comfort Chicken Stand returns for a second year, offering a selection of Southern Comfort cocktails served with fried chicken from acclaimed London chicken shop operator Mother Clucker.
